SHIPPING AND DELIVERY 

Delivered by courier to your door within 2/3 working days depending on the destination. The package is left at the home entrance.
The courier will contact the recipient to schedule an appointment and an approximate time.
When ordering, please make sure you correctly enter all the information necessary for successful delivery (time, building, floor...) and a telephone number. If the deliveryman is not able to make the delivery, he will leave the package at the nearest Service Point and will not deliver it a second time.
In this case you will have to go and collect the package at the Service Point.

Shipments to Milan (POSTAL CODE 20100) made within 24 hours: cost €5 Same day delivery to Milan is made from Monday to Friday if the order is placed between midnight and 3.00 pm of the same day.
For orders placed between 3 pm and midnight, the package will be sent the following day.
Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed within the end of Monday.


Shipments throughout Italy made in 24/48 hours: cost €10 

Shipments throughout Europe made in 48/72 hours: cost €32

 

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

How can I return an item bought on the site?
Ginnibò allows a legal deadline of 14 days starting from the delivery of the goods to communicate the return of the item and the reason for this return.

We remind you that only damaged, defective or wrong products can be replaced.
All return charges are at the customer's expense.

1. The return request can be made by sending an e-mail to info@ginnibo.com indicating: your order number, the item (s) to be returned, the reason for the return and if you want to use our courier. The request will be handled by our Customer Service.

If you choose to use our courier, the costs of the service will be deducted from the product return reimbursement.

2. We will send you a confirmation e-mail with the return authorisation and the address of our warehouse.

3. The products must be returned in the same condition in which you received them, therefore in perfect condition, with all their unused components, in the original packaging and with any instructions, labels and tags still attached to the product.

Returned items will be checked by our warehouse to verify that they have been returned intact and we will charge any decrease in the value of the goods, reimbursing you only the residual value of the Product.

4. Keep the receipt of the received shipment 5. When the return will get to our warehouse, we will proceed to make the refund with the same payment method used for the purchase (credit card, PayPal, etc.). 

Can items purchased on the site be returned?
All products on the site can be returned, except those that state otherwise. Returned products must be intact, in resale condition and in their original packaging. They must never have been worn, used or even slightly deteriorated and they must be perfectly clean. Any product that is damaged, incomplete, or with damaged packaging will not be refunded or replaced.

If Ginnibò made a mistake with your order and you have agreed to change the product with our Customer Service, the return costs will be at our expense. In this case, contact our Customer Service at info@ginnibo.com to notify us and we will tell you how to proceed.

Items ordered via GIFT CARD can be returned.
They can be exchanged but never refunded.

Is there a time limit for returning an item?
You have a legal deadline of 14 days starting from the delivery of the goods to communicate the return of the item and the reason for this return. Once you are given a return authorisation number, you will need to send the items back to us.

Can I change an item?
We do not accept changes in size, model or colour, as we cannot guarantee availability.

What happens when the return is received?

Upon receipt of the return the goods will be checked by customer service and in 2/3 working days the amount due will be credited.
